Fresh juices from fruits and vegetables can also be consumed daily. When you take minerals and vitamins daily you can get a healthy skin and detoxify your body too. Do not take more than one cup of coffee daily. Also avoid foods that have high salt content like cheeses, processed meats and ready meals.
